Some Like it Hot Yoga
Marin’s Best Hot Yoga Studio
Some Like it Hot Yoga & Boutique is unique in that it is hot yoga – the room is intentionally heated and humidified to warm muscles and allow students to work deeper and safer. This style of yoga not only energizes and detoxifies the body and mind, but every class is designed for all levels, beginner through advanced. It’s a mixture of traditional static poses and Vinyasa flow, conducted to modern day top hit music. These everyday poses are body bending, mind centering and heart expanding. Each session aims to strengthen the core, increase flexibility and restore balance—all while you sweat out toxins, increase your blood flow and flush fat. There is no other hot yoga class like this in Northern California.
Some Like it Hot Yoga & Boutique is locally owned & operated. We are proud and honored to be sharing all the health benefits & the gift of yoga with our community. Come try this amazing workout, in a spa-like atmosphere and you’ll be hooked!
Darlene was introduced to Hot Yoga in 2009 in Scottsdale, AZ and quickly became addicted to this style of workout. She would travel long distances to find her yoga “fix”, but found that no hot yoga studios in Marin County met her needs. That’s when her idea to open a yoga studio in her community became her passion. After 2 long years of searching for the perfect location, Pacheco Plaza owners agreed to have a yoga studio in their shopping center & welcomed Some Like it Hot Yoga & Boutique as a new tenant.
I am new to yoga and absolutely love it. You can push as hard as you want in the class, which is very focused on your own individual practice/level. I leave each class feeling happy, strong and healthy. I also find myself arranging my schedule to make sure I get in my Some Like it Hot Yoga classes – something I never thought I would do!Joanna
I really feel that any person, whether taking a class for the first time, or the grizzled yoga veteran, will get so much out of Some Like it Hot Yoga. If you are new to it, sign up for the two week trial…it will be one of the best decisions you’ve made.David
I love Some Like it Hot Yoga! I was over the moon to find this beautiful studio! I had never heard of Some Like it Hot Yoga before, a mix of Bikram and Ashtanga power yoga. A great mix! It hits all the poses I love. A full “work out” and activation of all the cells in the body! And set to modern music, different, and for me, really fun!Gita
The heat is less intense than Bikram and the poses seem to move faster, while still working wonders on your body. I’ve done just 4 classes, but have already noticed my body feeling tighter and stronger. Plus, I always feel glowy and energized when I leave, and ready to kick ass!Karen
I’m a marathon runner and currently in training. I’ve found that when I do this yoga, Some Like it Hot Yoga, I’m injury free. It’s fantastic!Michelle
I was surprised to find out on my first day at Some Like it Hot Yoga was that the humidity actually helps you breathe easier and makes the heated room seem more tolerable, while being great for your skin (added plus!) You will feel absolutely incredible after your first class and even better as time goes on. Cleanliness is huge for me, and I would say this studio is off the charts when it comes to cleanliness and beauty. The bathrooms are so clean and have great amenities.Naki
I just love this yoga so much. I was considering moving away from Novato, however, now that you’ve opened Some Like it Hot Yoga and I’ve found this workout, I can’t imagine not having it in my life. I’m definitely not moving.Eileen
WOW! HOT YOGA Baby!!! I am not a “yogi..”just a gal in the pursuit of keeping in shape. I have been doing yoga for 3 months and let me tell you… MY LIFE IS CHANGING! I am calmer, leaner and can do a mean Warrior 1!Samantha
Some Like it Hot Yoga has taught me to connect my mind & body. The classes are one of a kindPaul
I signed up for the 2-week trial and loved the classes so much I signed up for a year. Why? The class is incredibly revitalizing. I never did yoga in my life and figured that it might be a good way to develop flexibility in my back, legs, knees that I seriously lack. It has helped improve my general strength and stamina.Kyle
