Monica tried yoga for the first time in 2013 and after seeing almost immediate benefits, she has been practicing yoga ever since. She quickly starting noticing the physical benefits of yoga. Her health had improved, it prevented her from getting surgery in her back, she was more flexible, and she was strong! At the same time, she noticed the mental benefits of yoga, that it helped her to connect with her body, stay calm in stressful situations, and be present in the moment.

Monica’s teaches yoga to motivate and inspire others to lead a healthier lifestyle and experience the profound difference yoga can make on your life. Her philosophy is simple – Tomorrow is not promised and if there is something you really want in life, go after it. Monica’s classes aim to inspire her students to live their best lives and instill the confidence to believe in themselves.
