Kelly Linehan discovered yoga at the age of 15 and became a teacher 4 years later while attending college at the University of Colorado in Boulder. In the Spring of 2013, she enrolled in Teacher Training at Corepower Yoga with the intent of just wanting the deepen her practice. She began teaching in the Summer of 2013 and has been with us ever since. She is trained in Bikram, Vinyasa, and has also completed an additional adjustment and alignment training. When she is not in a yoga studio, she works full-time as a Front-End Web Developer.
Kelly always cues and to the individual and also spends time creating themes that are meaningful to her students. So you can rarely expect to hear the same thing twice in her class, nor the same playlist. Expect to be challenged and nourished, both physically and mentally. She focuses on the breath and the connection between movements, giving gentle massages and adjustments, so you walk out feeling 100% better than you walked in.
